These terms of business form the basis upon which we provide our dental services to potential and existing patients and clients and upon which patients and clients and customers may purchase and pay for dental services.
Please read this page carefully. If you do not agree with the contents of this statement, please do not use our dental services.
NHS Patients will need to agree to pay the published NHS scale of fees, as laid down by the NHS.
Clients who request our dental services as a private patient will need to agree to pay our fees and costs as laid down in out private fee cost list and provided to them, in writing or print, prior to treatment.
We accept payment by Cash, Cheque or Credit/Debit card.
These terms of business shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and you shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Welsh courts. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
